I’ve got a skylight that started leaking during the last downpour. From what I can tell, the flashing is compromised, maybe even the frame itself. It’s an older Velux unit on a shingle roof. I'm based in Framingham and need someone who has experience specifically with skylight integration into roofing systems. Any tips?
