The images generally look very bad along with the animations appear cheap. I expected more from a billion dollar franchise pumping out match following game.And there it really is. To making a game on the most popular US game with no 16, rights. Either you play EA's bullshit or do not play (nearly ) anything NFL related in any way. There's no alternative for consumers. It is suffocating.

And nothing can change because both the NFL and EA make a shit ton of money from these products. Even if a sizable chunk of the gaming world doesn't like EA or play with Madden it is likely still remarkably profitable and relatively inexpensive to keep churning out.Even if there were competition, there's no guarantee it'd be better. When they had even or baseball EA with NBA Live look at 2K. They churned out the very same games. Competition didn't do anything to incentivize them.Someone (2k sports) needs to make an"open source" football game engine, where people are able to customize everything in the game and discuss rosters, players, logos, stadiums, etc..

Tecmo Bowl was accredited, it was the first game to feature NFL players due to a contract with the NFLPA. And you're speaking about a third of a century ago when the gaming marketplace was different and expectations far lower. A football game present in a halfway enjoyable way was exciting and novel unto itself regardless if the 8 pixel high players'd discernible uniforms.Football games are no longer novel 30 years later, there is a good deal of expected features as a quiz, and being"official" is a huge one.

I enjoy the Madden games since I like football but I have not bought one. They never put any effort in the little details like that and it reveals. Not a lot of value in these games.You're not likely to hurt anybody's feelings by describing the shitty firm that EA is. The only reason people buy new ones would be to get rosters and gamers. EA and the NFL are both companies so they work nicely together. Doesn't mean that I don't like playing with friends on a Friday night.I dont fault anyone for enjoying anything they find interesting. I just think animation wise and the game seems really bad and that I expected a lot more from something.

I stopped buying any sports game from EA all together a couple years ago. They won't ever fix the glitches and bugs that buy Madden 20 coins plague every match. Is being able to purchase bonuses if you attempt to unlock them and lock them. It's a cash cow for them.Why spend money when folks purchase it year in, year out to enhance? It's money that is free and I do not blame them. I blame the customer for just ONCE moving"You know what?
