I just moved to the Khalifa City area a couple of months ago and I'm still trying to figure out where everything is, including finding a decent workshop for my 2019 Grand Cherokee that's getting close to its 80,000 km service. Back in Dubai I had a regular mechanic I trusted, but now I'm starting from scratch and honestly I'm a bit anxious about finding someone reliable here in Abu Dhabi. I've driven past a few garages in the Musaffah industrial zone but it's hard to tell which ones are actually good just from the outside, and I've heard plenty of horror stories from colleagues about workshops that overcharge or use counterfeit parts. What I really need is a Trusted Jeep service garage near Khalifa City that won't try to upsell me on unnecessary work and will actually use genuine Mopar parts when replacements are needed. I've seen a couple of places online that seem reputable but I'd much rather hear from actual Jeep owners who've had positive experiences. Also, does anyone know if these shops allow you to bring your own parts if you find a better deal online, or do they insist on supplying everything themselves? Any recommendations or warnings would be massively appreciated as I don't want to learn the hard way.
